CPA firm seeking bookkeeper for fast paced, multi-client position.  Experience with Quickboooks general ledger processing, payroll tax (941, TWC, 940, W2) and 1099 preparation, account reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, and review of transactions to determine any necessary adjustments to properly reflect balances and activity.  Must be able to balance priorities and respond timely to client requests.  Overtime hours required during peak tax seasons.
