The Financial Director is responsible for overseeing the financial functions of the National Association of Dental Plans (NADP) and the California Association of Dental Plans (CADP).  this includes overseeing and enhancing financial operations, including investments, budgeting, reporting, accounting, and ensuring compliance with audits, financial guidelines, and regulations. The FD develops organization-wide policies and procedures relating to finance, accounting, purchasing, and ensuring that NADP and CADP staff perform within those guidelines and policies. The FD reports to NADP's Executive Director and CADP's Executive Director and is a member of NADP's senior team.
